Terrace House

When this house was commissioned, part of the foundation of was already built. This led to a forced volumetric space. However this was also a benefit, because the house is on top of a hill and has views towards the beach. Therefore this house was designed with multiple terraces to maximize those views. Hence the name terrace house.
